MentorSF’s Explorer Program

What is it?

The Explorer Program is a limited-run, goal-oriented support track for people navigating a defined personal or professional transition. It is designed for those moments when you know where you want to get, or at least the direction you want to move, but could use structure, accountability, perspective, and a practical plan. Explorer sessions can address professional development, communication and storytelling, digital presence, returning to work, dating and social confidence, or another clearly defined goal. The program is not therapy and does not replace mental health, medical, or other licensed professional services.

Sessions may be held by video, phone, or in person when arranged in advance. Each session generally runs 60–90 minutes and may include practical exercises or between-session work

Past EP clients have worked on:

Professional development; Interview techniques, presence and promoting one’s self.

Social media and storytelling, from learning how to use Facebook better to getting a blog started.

Those in sobriety have used the sessions to assisted with “return to work” adjustments.

Dating, loving, social skills and exploring in new circles.

Who can participate?

Pretty much anyone is eligible – depending on what openings I currently have.

Because it is run at a reduced rate, enrollment is based on openings as current EP’s complete the program. EP is designed primarily for folks who are looking for support or “coaching” while they actively engage towards reaching a specific end goal and want someone to assist over a set period of time to map out with them how to achieve it.

What Does It Cost?

Explorer Program fees are discussed during the introductory call and depend on the length and structure of the engagement. Contact me for current availability and pricing
