MentorSF Workshops
MentorSF workshops are customized learning experiences for organizations, teams, educators, and community groups. Programs can be delivered as focused sessions, half-day or full-day workshops, or adapted for online delivery.
Current and customizable topics include inclusive workplace practice, digital visibility and communication, storytelling, professional presence, and navigating change. Additional workshops can be developed around an organization’s specific learning goals.
Sample Workshop offerings include:
- Developing Inclusionary Practices in the Workplace: this 1/2 – 1-day workshop is designed to assess and root out hidden biases in your place and among your teams and replace them with inclusive practices that foster a more safe and confident workforce.
- Making Your Organization Visible; A 1/2 training to engage you and your teams with social media tools, policies, and practices that can enhance your market value, your media presence and improve your goals.
- Understanding Your Place Through Digital Storytelling; A basic primer to sharing your business story using both old-school and new-school methods.
- Get Yourself To The Table; returning to the workforce after an absence is more than just about showing up. It may also mean you have to rethink who you are at the moment, not who you were. This program will be offered as a workshop and also is offered as a 1:1 session.
